"I used the French Boohoo.com. I booked my first order with them about 3 weeks ago and another one right after that. The both orders arrived very quickly which is a plus. They offers a limited choice but I still found what I like. The pants is so big for me, I'm size 38 EU but the 38 on Boohoo is ways too big, the waist is like 6cm bigger than mine. And because I lived in Switzerland so the refund is quite hard ( I have to go to France) and I havent contact their Refund Center yet. Beside the size, the quality is reasonable and justified with the price, I bought 2 dresses as well and I love it. The shipping tax is weird: it said France 7.99 and Europe 7.99 and International 8.99 so with my Switzerland address, it supposed to be 7.99 but in the end I got charged 8.99. I recommend trying their dresses and top, not pants.

After you pay for the item, it clarifies "from 4 to 8 days." I was very dissatisfied as I did not receive the item in time. If it had been honest from the beginning I would not have purchased the item. "
"If you order from boohoo, you will be the one crying! BooHoo sells cheap clothing at a cheap price. That would be alright if they didn't have such lousy customer service. If you order from them, be prepared to be one big unhappy customer. To prove it, try and find a contact phone number so you can call them. They have so many problems, they can't handle the calls so they don't give out a number. And if you try to use their system of tweeting and direct messaging, expect it to take days to resolve your issue. I just gave up!! They may tell you they resolved your problem because they said "sorry" but "sorry" is all you will get and all you will be if you order from them."
"I'm neither super happy or super disappointed in Boohoo. I have ordered several pieces from there and have mostly been happy. However, I received a cami with one of the straps sewn the wrong way. I contacted them, and they wouldn't do anything about it. I have never been in contact with their customer service before except for now, and this left me with a bad impression. This happened a while ago, so I have been ordering 1 more time from them before I noticed the faulty product, but not ever since in case I have to deal with their customer service again."
"I've been purchasing items from Boohoo since 2012. Their clothes are of very good quality and reasonably priced plus they run good promotions from time to time.
It would be nicer if there was more variety but I think they are mainly targeting teens so that's fair enough.
I'd without a doubt would give 5 stars for Boohoo :-)"
