"Absolutely a crooked company. They have no integrity, honesty or compassion and should be prosecuted right out of business. On May 20/ 2011 I ordered seats with harnesses and 3M fabric protection with free shipping. Online ad claims they have 2 warehouses in the east and west of the US to serve you better but after ordering (at which point they already had my money) I received an invoice from Toronto , Canada. After no more word or shipping details I began e-mailing them to find out what was taking so long. They have a cookie cutter autoresponse to all e-mails but you usually don't get a reply. The phone number never gets answered and usually doesn't even give you the option to leave a message. After many emails and phone calls I was informed that they don't ship to Alaska for free and it would cost an extra $150.00 to ship which I agreed to. Still no response or shipping tracking #. Many more e-mails and phone calls and finally got an e-mail stating they couldn't deliver to a P.O. box so I gave a street address with instructions and phone number. Still no shipping info even though they claimed the seats had been picked up by the shipping company. Many more e-mails and phone calls with no response so I complained to the Better Business Bureau. Since the company is supposed to be US but invoice was Canada I filed with the BBB in both countries. Canadian BBB pursued the issue for awhile but never got any response from them after 2 attempts and then the Canadian BBB decided it was out of their jurisdiction so they forwarded the complaint to the US BBB which also got no response after 2 attempts and time limits that came and went with no result. Finally the American BBB said that since they got no response it is up to me to find the right law enforcement agency to pursue the matter. I did finally receive the seats but not the harnesses and no stickers or indication that the 3M stain protection had been applied. I have bought furniture with 3M stain protection that was simply a can that I had to apply myself and there was a distinct odor that I don't smell on these seats. Also the seats come dis-assembled which was not indicated in the ad. I have written many more e-mails and made phone calls to at least get the harnesses and have been promised that they have been shipped but they have not arrived and probably never will. They took a US to Canadian funds charge directly out of my debit card without permission both for the original invoice and for the extra $150.00 shipping. This alone should be prosecuteable but I don't know where to go to get prosecution underway. Both BBB's are completely powerless and useless so don't waste your time with them. If I could I would gladly spend the price of the seats and shipping again to take out advertising against these crooks. Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with any company, online or otherwise. When you see their ads the seats look top quality and the price per pair is less than some other companies price for 1 but don't be fooled. THEY ARE CROOKS. THEY ARE DISPICABLE. NOT ONE HONEST PERSON WORKS FOR THIS COMPANY AND THEY SHOULD ALL BE SHOT ON SITE !! This site forces me to give them a one star rating but if I had the option I would give them a negative 10 star rating. The actual original company name is Hyper Auto Parts. Bomz Racing and Hyper Auto Parts or HyperAutoParts.com are one and the same entity so stay clear of them all !!"
