"They are a SCAM......I purchased a DVD player and paid extra for shipping for the DVD player to arrive quickly. I purchased the DVD player on the 5th March and it is now the 16th March. THis Mubashir guy keeps telling me that it in customs and that I shoulkd call and find out what is happening with the DVD player. I have never ever had such TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
