"This company is the WORST! NEVER and I mean NEVER do business with them. They are rip off's and have no intention of providing anything in the manner they advertise. Please keep the complaints coming as we are attempting to put them out of business for good for fraud !

"NOT A PLACE TO DO BUSINESS WITH !!!!!
They took my order , charged my account sent me an email promptly that said they would email shipping info. That came 15 days later it showed 3 out of 4 being shipped and 1 being shipped in 2-4 days . So when my order showed up after I needed I emailed Jennifer their customer service rep . I told her had I know it would take 15 days for my order to ship I would not have ordered it . She told me what I would have done was irrelevant . She offered to cancel the last piece but failed to credit my card back . The packing slip is the only place that clearly states NO CASH REFUND .. I asked if she would return merchandise she told me exchange only . When I disputed it with my credit card company she sent me to collections ... Wish I had checked the reviews for this company . Seems to have fraudulent practices ...."
