"I haven’t received my bumper yet, so this is mostly a review of BA’s customer service. Overall the Customer Service here deserves 5 stars, however, the lack of insight into when my bumper will actually ship is severely lacking.
I understand this is a 100* lb product, but I ordered it 4 days ago. When I inquired (one of MANY inquiries with timely, informative responses), I was told the order is ready and they’re waiting on FedEx to pick it up. And it STILL hasn’t shipped.
I could order a literal ton of dog food and get it next day. I know this is a small business, but hell, call FedEx and tell them to get this on their F’ing truck to ship it. It shouldn’t take a week just to ship a product you have in a box ready to go.
