I have purchased Foot Detox Pads from other local retail stores in the past for less than $15 and noticed better results. Because I was not satisfied with the results, I contacted BodyPure on March 24, 2022 to request a refund. Unfortunately, the person I spoke with, Nora, told me they had a 30-day return policy and turned me away. I looked up BodyPure’s return policy on-line then called Nora back to make her aware of BodyPure’s return policy straight from their web-site. At that time she stated she would need to check if they would need the unused product back before refunding my money or if they would just process my refund automatically. She agreed to call me back that same day and never did. I called her the next day (March 25, 2022) and she again told me the same story and agreed to call me back, never heard from her that day and have yet to receive an answer regarding my refund.
The “Acute Pain Relief Topical Cream” is similar to a Biofreeze Gel or a TigerBalm ointment but it cost double the price. Not worth the money.

"I was excited after I did some research online and wanted to try out these foot detox pads.
I spent close to 300 dollars to purchase 3 boxes of Body Pure Foot Detox Pads. One box was supposed to be a gift for a sick coworker who just left our company. She had tried all kinds of things and had been to the hospital for tests, but wasn't able to find a solution for her constant fatigue. The other 2 boxes were myself and my husband.
