"Purchased a Duraflex 3" cowl hood for my 2nd gen S10. I was informed that there was a 6-8 week back order on this product because it was out of stock at their supplier. The gentleman i spoke with gave me the option to wait on item or i could choose another style of hood that was in stock. I chose to get another style hood to avoid the long wait for the original order. Later i received an email from bodykits saying that the new style was not available either but, then informed me that the 6-8 week backlog has been moved forward and both style hoods would be back in stock sooner than had expected. At that time I chose to stay with the first order for the 3" hood. About a week later i received another email from bodykits saying that the hood was back in stock, and my order was being processed for shipping. Received the hood from shipper approx. a week later, and it was in beautiful condition...No Damage at all.. The hood is a perfect fit to my application. "I ordered a part of you site the item was out of stock and I was told I had to wait 4-6 weeks for the item to come in stock or I can pick one that is in stock after picking one that was in stock I revived another email saying I would have to pay extra for the new item. After paying extra for that item. I revived my item past the delivery date And when I called asking for a shipping refund because I paid 119$ to get my item on time not late, the manager refused the refund of partial shipping or full shipping. Don’t shop of this website unless your willing to jump thru hoops and cross boarders just to be screwed. Ian or Evan the manager is unaware of what and how his company even got my item shipped to me and I had to tell him multiple times my item did not come from eBay. DO NOT SHOP HERE "

"To say their panels were POOR would be giving them a compliment! Guaranteed fitment??? In what parallel universe? Then you get to the damages...getting an absolute run around and stalling for time. Six months later and I'm still in dispute over the worthless damaged and less than poorly molded panels. A complete **** around requesting picture in addition to pictures in addition to more pictures showing the damage and horrible quality of the molds. I wish I had found some of these reviews before making this terrible mistake. They are more than nice to make the sale, but once you have a problem...they show their true colors."
