"Low prices, quick shipping. Yet, still only a score of 2. Why? They're rude and disrespectful. That's why.

During checkout, I was sure to NOT check the box that asked about sending newsletters and other great deals. I even added "NO EMAIL NEWSLETTER and ADVERTISING" as second line in the billing and shipping address.

Yet, they still added my email to their spam list.

When I called to let them know I did not appreciate that, their rep Roger said they had a new website with some glitches. Then with a snicker he hung up.

What I really don't get is WHY merchants do that? It really pi55es me off... I won't be back with them and now they have a bad rating on resellerratings.com. I'm sure they don't care as they don't even participate here, but at least I've done what I can do.
