Excellent, Fast shipping and Reliable service!

"I was very blessed to have been able to get 2 pairs of the Klipsch Reference Premier RP500SA Atmos Speakers to complete my Klipsch Reference Premiere 7.2.4 Home Theater system, World Wide Stereo had them for the sale price that Klipsch was offering Online during the time of purchase and the best part about it was that I was able to get easy Zero Hassle No Interest financing through Affirm Credit. The total cost was split up in 12 months Payments with Zero out of pocket. What more could I have possibly asked for. I am thrilled that World Wide Stereo had Affirm as a financial partner. If they ever get involved with the SYNCHRONY HOME Credit Card by SYNCHRONY Bank, I can do even more purchasing from them like buying a new AV receiver. Anyways my items arrived fast and on time and I am very happy about it. If there is 1 thing that could have been better, it would have been to cover up the boxes showing what contents are inside. I ordered some RP280Fs and RP250S from World Wide Stereo and those were packaged inside blank non labeled boxes when they arrived to my home via FedEx, but the RP500SA'S arrived in the klipsch Branded Boxes which was a BIG Concern for me since the boxes displayed the contents inside the boxes, Thankfully I was home and received my packages in person at the door. Maybe the next order will be sent more privately like the first order I placed. Still lovely people to work with over the phone and via email.

Hopefully they will consider working with SYNCHRONY Bank and add them selves to the SYNCHRONY HOME Credit Card this way I can finance a new Higher End AV Receiver.

"I've worked with Dave at World Wide Stereo in the past. He was just as helpful, patient, and willing to work through variations to meet our budget and performance needs this time as he was before. I appreciate finding a salesman that doesn't have to put on the pressure, but just tries to do his best to help. I'd definitely use them again and would easily recommend them to others."

No Follow Ups - Your PAckage is lost or delayed? - You are on your own!

"Ordered 2 subwoofers online from World Wide Stereo, my deliveries were late and at times claimed lost by UPS, there were no updates or follow ups from word wide stereo! They do not care for follow ups for their paying customers. I still have 1 subwoofer ($899) that UPS is claiming "unable to locate". I been asking Word Wide Stereo to follow up with UPS - NO FOLLOW UPS and no updates! Not dealing or buying from them ever again. Buyers and shoppers, you have been warned."

2 week ship time, then doesn’t deliver and asks the client to take a day off of work to correct their issue.

"The fact that they have chosen such a horrible company to deliver their products is a shame but a direct reflection of them either way. I waited 2 weeks for the item to be delivered only for me to have to call the delivery company and ask where they were an hour after the delivery window had closed to be told I would need to take the next day off of work in order to receive the television I bought. They weren’t even going to call me to tell me, just going to deliver the next day as if I should be waiting from 3:30 pm ( I work 2 hours away from home by the way so I had to leave work at 1:30 to be home for the start of the delivery window) until when ever they show up. To make things worse it was Valentine’s Day and there was no consideration on their part to tell me go ahead have dinner with your wife as planned, we won’t make it. Horrible experience after ordering something on the first of the month to be told it would be delivered on the 14th of the month and then slap me in the face with please lose more money waiting on us and maybe we will deliver, maybe we won’t. If World Wide Stereo valued their customers they would use a better company that is more reliable for their shipping needs, not ask their clients to lose $342 in lost wages waiting on the product. "

"I was looking for something that didn't have voice activated features and this product sure was it! Set up took a bit longer than I had planned although was worth my time. Sirius / Pandora / iHeart Radio ( for local channels ) / and Apple Music are very nice options only issue I have is lack of instructions enclosed in item and having to install app on several phone's in the house in order to allow wife to use as well, pressing play will only start last channel listened to and doesn't allow changing services without the app. Voice activated would be nice for that issue but my privacy is well worth installing an app on another phone. Only complaint I have is the power cord on the bottom of the speaker sticks out which doesn't allow the speaker to sit slush on the kitchen counter which is why I am leaving 4 out of 5 stars."

Product missing parts

"The speaker was missing the rubber feet from the package. Customer service told me that Klipsch do not want to send the rubber feet so I was on my own. The speaker is very good and the rubber feet was not big deal so I did not send them back. But the experience was not perfect either. That is why the three stars."
