"They happily sell products that they don't have in stock nor have any idea when they will be able to deliver them. Impossible to contact by phone and very slow to reply by email.
I order different types of paint for a specific project; they only shipped one and never delivered the rest but they charged upfront the whole (and very high) shipping price.
Very unreliable and a waste of time and money. Avoid!"
"I ordered 2 parts they said they had them in stock, they sent it by Post office. I got our package when we opened it up there was only 1 part. Tried to call them they never answer the phone you have to leave a message it takes hours and hours for a replay. They said the part was back ordered. They said they would issue a credit. The whole orders shipping was $25.97 they only would give us $8.27 so the other parts shipping was $17.70 come on it was with the US Mail. So this other part works hand and hand so its no use to us now so I have to return it. Guess what I have to pay for the shipping going back and the shipping $17.70 coming to me what a royal rip off, it was there mistake not mine it said it all was in stock. They are the biggest rip off company!!!!!!! "

"Short version; they shipped half of an epoxy and charged full shipping. I couldnt use part b of a two part mix so I returned. They wouldn't refund so I had to get a charge back from my credit card co. Months later they dishonestly claimed I never returned the product and my charge back was dismissed. I will be taking legal action. What a complete waste of time. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with Boatersland.com or the other names they do business under SJK Products"

It has been almost 3 weeks since the request and an additional 4 phone calls.... still nothing! They basically just took my money! Scam!
