"I ordered a Bimini for my boat using their online drop downs to get the one specific for my boat.

They hit my credit card immediately but the order was not shipped for two weeks.
It arrived in good condition but was not made to fit my boat.

I called to see about specific fittings to fit my boat and was told there wasn't any. I requested an RGA since this was not meant to fit my boat and was told we do not take Bimini's back for credit. After I emaild them regarding this the responded that it was made of Sunbrella bimini top and not returnable. This is a premium product at a higher price than the standard and they won't take it back.

One of the issues with online shopping is there is little recourse from unethical sellers. Would never buy from them again"
