"Bought a bike through Amazon. Bike took forever to deliver because it was oversized and had to rent a van to pick it up. Post Office wanted cash to pay for oversized. Fraud because BP lied about the shipping weight and size, which PO will be going after. Bike turned out to be used, heavily scratched, filed on and the parts were simply dumped in the box without any packing: tape, tie wraps, foam, plastic bagging. Manual pages were greasy. Company not responding when a refund was requested."
