"Terrible experience. Canceling my subscription was unintuitive and the link was buried withing the FAQ section of website and not listed at all in the account information. I'd recommend staying away from this company and find another online greeting card company"

"BEWARE of the "30 day free trial!" The promotion states that you can cancel at any time during the first 30 days and not be billed for the membership. They even give you an e-mail address to use for cancellation.

28 days into my free trial I sent a cancellation notice to the provided e-mail address and even got what looked like a confirmation reply ("We're sorry you didn't like our service...").

However, after 30 days they billed my Visa account for the membership fee. Here's the catch, it's not a confirming e-mail that they send. Down in the body of the e-mail is a statement that they would prefer that you contact them by phone to cancel your subscription. It's not the first line of the e-mail, and it's not something like "To cancel your membership you must call this number immediately."

If you call to complain they will tell you that you agreed to the terms yadda, yadda, yadda, and they will try to convince you that you just didn't read the fine print so too bad. I held my ground, and explained to them that this was clearly an engineered system to deceive the would-be member and they finally caved in and said they would refund my money in three days. That was one day ago so I haven't seen the money yet.

Bottom line is that I would not recommend doing business with a company that intentionally trys to trick you, and it's clear to me that they are doing just that.
