"Stay away from this Vendor!!! The worst customer experience that I have ever had. I attempted to cancel my order immediately after I placed it realizing that I purchased the wrong item. I was only able to contact them by email. I was informed that it was too late to cancel (immediately after ordering). And I had to refuse delivery or return it after it was delivered. I returned it after it was dropped off at my home by FedEx. They charged me 20% of the total for their so called "restocking fee" and this is their response to me;
"I told you the order was already sent to the warehouse and couldn't be stopped. Once an order hits the warehouse it can't be stopped and that is why we have the policy that we do."
SAVE YOURSELF SO GRIEF AND STAY AWAY!!!

"THESE PEOPLE HAVE SERIOUS EMOTIONAL ISSUES!! In 10 years of online shopping I have never had such a poor experience with a vendor! I ordered and was charged for 2 bluetooth headsets, but after waiting over a week for the package, only one was delivered. When I complained to BlueHeadsets.com by email that I needed the additional headset ASAP, they rudely refused to expedite the additional headset and actually told me that if I wasnt happy with that, then it was MY fault for not being to "accept the fact that [they] are human." After THEIR error on my over-$200 purchase, instead of accepting responsibility for their error and rushing me the missing headset, they instead tried to make ME feel guilty! Bizaare, but true! They absolutely REFUSED to expedite the missing headset, and in the end, they REFUSED to even SEND me the second headset because they didnt like my complaining about their incredibly unprofessional customer service. This was their response:

"I'd respond to your emails but I really don't have the time nor do I have anything of value to gain from continuing to talk to you. A refund has been issued for the second headset you purchased. I really don't have time to deal with you any longer. There are a lot of questions in your email and while there are no stupid questions there ARE plenty of stupid people."

Beyond belief! I have saved all the email interaction between me and them to back this up. I wish I had MORE of a way to warn other consumers to steer clear of this vendor.

"I got a defective headset from them. they gave me a lot of hustle as i was trying to get my money back. Eventually i lost $10 original shipping, $8 shipping back and 20% restacking fees (as they decide if it's defective or not). I guess some people more lucky then me. I was bought by offering life-time free replacements for any headset they sold, but if you will take into the consideration extra money you pay on start, read their return policy: you will pay again whopping shipping fee, return shipping fee as well as they require all items in original condition – if you loose manual or anything else – you are out of luck.

The bottom line these guys are rude and ignorant if you got into troubles. If you are hopping for the best – you can try them, but if not, why not to try retailers like amazon, that won’t charge you restacking (and shipping fees).

"Of all the places that I've seen, Bluetooth Headsets is the cheapest place to buy brand new gear for your cell phone. I just ordered a sony HBH-65 bluetooth headset for my t616 sony phone and they processed my order very quickly. They had a question as to the address since there are a few buildings where I live that have the same address so they called me up and asked just to clarify what building they should deliver it to. Very professional guys ... I would highly recommend them to anybody who is looking for headsets for their new cell phone."
