The rep couldn't tell me because they were about to close. The next day I got an email saying the products were on backorder. Buyer beware. Luckily they did let me cancel my order."

When I placed the order, there was no indication that the item was OEM, open box, or anything other than full sealed retail packaging. I cancelled this order."
