"Ordered 24 long stem lavender roses (128.00) for my wife of 32 years for Valentines Day. Arrived on time, roses were pale pink, all edges tips were brown and wilted; and, the small white filler flowers were brown. FB page, when I left negative comments, deleted the comments within minutes and well as negative comments other left. DM on facebook page not responded. Customer service unavailable on V's Day and when I got Customer Service, they were less than cooperative. A supervisor was to call...never! Avoid this online florist like the plague!"
