"Got charged nearly Rs 400 extra ( delivery for Feb15, for a Birthday) Their reason is because it's around Valentine's day!
Ordered a bouquet and they delivered a terrible, cramped up, completely different style of flowers.. I paid Rs1700+ for a bouquet which was not even worth Rs 300.
I wrote in a complain through email and through their site and NIL acknowledgement even, but given the option to order again and pay.
Yet hoping to hear from them... To see how they respond.. To see if they even bother to respond.
It was embarrassing to know the person even received this insult of a bouquet!
Alternatively, they need to be reported for scamming and cheating their customers & should not be permitted to do business!"

They take the money straight out of your pocket the audacity to charge 300 extra as surge is beyond words. They're robbing innocent people straight up hurting and playing with their emotions. "The bouquet which was ordered was not delivered. Full payment with the tip was made , time slot was given . I would have given them a negative star if I had the option to. They are neither answering the calls nor the mails . They have just swallowed the paid money without any shame. They are unabashed, un repentant, impudent , impenitent. "O my god, how can they openly cheat with innocent people? I was trying to order some flowers for my loved one. Even before placing the order(as I was sceptical), I got a call, and they said, sir, are you looking to place an order? I said yes and requested them to deliver on time. But they did not deliver. I tried their call around 50 times but no response. On the next day, they said on the chat that your delivery was on hold and you needed to pay an extra 250 for the delivery charge. I said sure go to the delivery address and you will get the extra charges, but they did not go.
I asked one of my friends to go on that website for an experiment. And as expected he quickly got a call. Which proves that they are fraud."
"Request to not use bloomsvilla for sending cake flowers or gifts. They charged 1200 for a pathetic local quality cake and local flowers in a cheap packed cover. Their website show’s beautiful red flowers and good looking dark chocolate cake. I am really surprised after receiving it. Also delivered at 7pm instead of 9to12 standard time. Worst worst worst people. No words."
"I order at 10:56 and payment done after 2 min i have received mail order confirm.
After 10 minutes i received mail that order has been canceled.
Because of this i have ordered cake from other website but surpriseingly i got a call at 2 pm and they said ORDER KAHA DELIVER KRNA H. i told them you cancelled the order i am expecting my refund..but he has mailed that i refused to take order..
Now calling them 100 times even mail but no response.

"I had placed order for cake delivery. Additional payment was made for the delivery to be made early morning in their 7 to 9 am slot. Till 11 am, the delivery has not been been. No one is picking the calls or responding to messages. They are fake and fraud."
"They will not deliver your order, take money in advance and customer service is not contactable. A customer service chat seems to be a bot. While ordering they will send link of tracking order and it will show that it is with the delivery partner and then no news at all. When you mail them and complaint about it, they will say it cannot be cancelled and it is non refundable. The funniest thing is I don't understand the phrase 'we cannot cancel it' when you don't receive the order first of all. Companies like this should be investigated and shut down because genuine hard earning people are the ones who actually try to buy plants to grow and take care of it and they get cheated like this online!!!! I felt so disgusting looking at it I did not even give the flowers to the person looking how it was for sure my value would have been judged if i would given this horrible looking flowers.. and the customer service what is the number mentioned for irresponsible people no professionalism at all
I’m not a person to write such feedback but when I was waiting for the flowers at 9pm i received & when I looked at it i was broke how to give this to my friend the message was written on a white paper couldn’t they invest on cards very disappointed service thanks
