"Wanted to speak with someone by phone to discuss product prior to ordering it. Called many, many times with no answer or returned calls from messages. Upon speaking with someone (finally), found communication very difficult do to language differences. Once obtaining desired informaiton chose to order online to avoid mistakes inevitable in a verbal order. Items were not actually in stock, were pulled in from nearby supplier, and delivered a couple days out from when expected."

"I ordered some blank DVD discs from this firm. The order was processed promptly and delivered on time in good condition. I had no problems whatever. What is curious, however, is that I e-mailed a question about another product I was interested in and received a reply that was not intelligible. I e-mailed back and received a very terse reply which still defied interpretation. I wonder if English is a second language to this firm. They ship from California but that does not mean that the order desk is there. Again, no problem with this firm at all; they get a ten from me as far as the order is concerned but they will not get the second order because they couldn't satisfactorily answer my inquiry."

I purchased some blank media from www.blank-cd-cdr.com. I made sure to uncheck the "send me ads and promotions" checkbox when placing my order.
Two days later, I get spam in my inbox, advertising their "NEW PRICES! NEW ITEMS!".
I'm not impressed. I don't buy from spammers. Who knows who else they've given my email address to, and who knows what they're doing with my name, address, and credit card number. Is that information for sale, too?
I also don't yet have my order.
All in all, I feel that this seller is untrustworthy. You're best off purchasing your media elsewhere.
