"I ordered a CCW dress belt from Blackhawk! on July 30, 2014. I heard nothing from them for weeks and finally contacted them in Mid-August 2014 about my order. I was advised that my order had to be back-ordered and that it would be filled in October 2014. Today (October 21) I have just received an email from these people saying that my order has been cancelled, and that they are re-working their webpage and I could look at their list of retailers for a purchase. No attempt at all to fill the order. This is about the worst customer service I have ever dealt with, and I will not be doing business with them ever again. I'm glad I waited almost 3 months to be told my order had been canceled!!! "

"I bought a Blackhawk nylon holster with side magazine slot high quality made very they definitely make good products but it was to small for my Glock 30 so I sent it back I have already called twice about getting my money back it's been two weeks and they are telling me oh its being procesised sir in other words it has not been touched since it arrived this company has the worst customer service department I have ever had to deal with and I order alot online if you want Blackhawk products I suggest you order them from a different company that supplies their products i will Never!!! Order directly from Blackhawk ever again "

"I decided to try the trade-up program with Blackhawk. I've had orders from them before where everything went great. I sent an old pair of comp-tac duty pants in exchange for a new pair of Blackhawk warrior tactical pants. Everything went smoothly and I got my new pants about 10 biz days after sending the old pants in. I was extremely satisfied with the whole process and the new pants they sent me are very good."
