Do not buy anything off these people. They swallowed up 190 euro of my money. I bought a samsung s3 phone off them on Dec 17 2015 and still havent received it and will not either. After numerous emails trying to contact them, they responded informing me that they had refunded me my money and it was with the credit card company. Of course it isnt, it was a pack of lies. Im still tryin to chase these people. Dont know what to do next. I have now been told the owners of this buisness has been declared bankrupt with other previously run buisnesses."

"They offered a very good price, claimed the phone is in stock and after 5 weeks no delivery despite a promise on the phone. After ordering I did not get a confirmation email or letter. Only their money arm sent a receipt for the payment.

I received an email from bizrusonline.fr. Is this the reason for poor service??

I managed to speak to a woman once.

Despite a promise of a refund we still have not had a refund. Nochex will not refund because Bizrusonline have emptied their account.

The registered director - Taye Taiwo Adeyeye Adeyemi Oyelekan - of Bizrusonline is a fraudster, a crook and a thief. Their website is still up and running."

"Bought a BlackBerry Classic from BizRUs. Great price, I thought. However, as with most things, if It looks too good to be true then it usually is. Took BizRUs 2 weeks to fulfil my order, and even then I was sent the wrong product. The item was misrepresented both on the website and by the sales team. Eventually received a refund, with no apology, and refund barely covered postage cost of returning the item- let alone packaging (which I had to pay for out of my pocket!) Avoid this company!"

Bizrusonline.co.uk is a pile of rubbish. They take your money but never send the item.
It is impossible to get hold of them by e-mail or phone. I have left endless messages chasing the item i'd bought, which was supposed to be sent as a next day delivery. I still don't have a phone or a refund. I am considering reporting them to higher authority now. Please steer clear!!!"
