"My experience with Bittersweet gear was all bitter with no sweet.
My order was cancelled several days after I placed it for insufficient stock. I was given no indication that there may not be sufficient stock, and the significant delay in notifying me that my order would not be processed has put me in a very difficult position for an important trip.
I've called the reseller on several occasions between during their advertised business hours only to get a message that I should call back during said business hour. I sent an email to the sales, and my email was returned because the users inbox was full.
Needless to say I will *never* shop at Bittersweet Gear."
