"I've done some small orders through this retailer, and decided to take the plunge on a larger order when a friend wanted a system built inexpensively.

I found an XP2000 barebones on sale for a good price, and ordered on 7/26/04. It was shipped on 7/27, and arrived at my door (in TX) on 7/30. Great!!

Of course, for this price, I didn't expect great components, but was surprised that for the most part, I got better than what I had paid for. The only problem I ran into was how to install front fans on a case where it's nearly impossible to remove the front bezel! Oh well....not a big deal, as I just used another case I had available, and will figure out this one at another time.

"First let me say I have ordered from Bilsystem in the past and Always been satisfied.
HOWEVER, this latest order was for 2 moterboards with processors, 1 barebones computer that included a 128 MB DDR sdram and for 2 seperate 256 MB DDR sdrams. When the order arrives the 128 MB DDR memory is not there. The box is well sealed and untampered with the 2 256 DDR are there in a seperate envelope which also is sealed.
I immeadiately emailed them and as another reporter recountered 'Bill' responded back that the package must have been opened in transit and the module taken. I responded back that that didn't make any sense as the package was not tampered with and why would someone take the 128 module and leave 2 256. He replied that beings it was over 15 days since the package arrived, I was on vacation skiing, that I couldn't file a claim with the carrier. Now he doesn't answer my emails. I am putting the payment in dispute with my credit card company.
I would recommend that you do not do business with this firm as it appears that someone at their place is stealing from the shipments and they refuse to help."

"I've ordered several times from Bilsystem, AKA PCRightnow. This last time there was a missing mouse in my order. I emailed them about it immediately upon opening the package, which should have been 3 DDR memory chips, 2 ATX cases, 4 mice and 3 USB printer cables. They asked me to send back a copy of the packing slip which I did. Now they tell me they had packed all 4 mice and the shipper opened the box and stole one. They say I need to file an insurance claim with AirBorne. Well, this package was not opened and re-taped when I received it. At this point I feel very ripped off by them, not only due to the quantity but also the quality of the mice involved. They were pictured as Logitech look alike optical mice, described as ergonomic but are not ergonomic and not as pictured at all. I feel IF, and that's a huge IF, the shipper had opened the box to steal something, he wouldn't have opted for one of those cheap mice, when he had 3 DDR chips sitting right in front of him/her. Like I said, the packing box had not been tampered with and I won't file a claim with AirBorne so Bilsystem can get paid twice for a shoddy component. Back to NewEgg for my component purchases."
