"Bought a bike from them on 6/16/22. The bike arrived a few days later in a box that looked fine. Assembled the bike, I have four bikes and an ebike and have been riding bikes for decades I know how to work on bikes, everything goes fine until I actually ride the bike. First ride around the driveway to get the saddle height right, this is done on the middle chainring since I'm just in my driveway, I find out the rear derailleur sprockets are so sideways from the rear sprockets the chain binds in the derailleur cage. I buy a new derailleur and to their credit the company reimburses me the price of the part. I install it and everything seems fine. I finally take the bike out to ride it, now using the large chainring which is what I use 95% of the time, and immediately I find out the chain sticks in the chainring so bad it goes all the way up and hits the front derailleur. I try to contact the company multiple times and get nothing. Now the company has cut off communication and sticks me with a bike that can't be ridden. It's now almost two months later and the bike just sits in a spare bedroom collecting dust. If you're looking to buy a bike buy it somewhere else."
