"Placed an order for a bike saddle. After a week I hadn't heard anything from the reseller (aside from the original order confirmation). Sent an email for an update but got no response. Opened a PayPal dispute and seller never communicated during that 2 week dispute window. PayPal refunded me the money.

Maybe they're ok for in-stock items, but I wouldn't buy from them again since their communication is terrible.

If you MUST use them - then use PayPal or something you know you can dispute easily."
