Since when is a CSR supposed, allowed or endorsed to cancel orders without instructions from the customer or his management team?/!

"Excellent service. Initially had a glitch in getting my creditcard bank to approve the purchase, but once that was ironed out the products were shipped quickly to the US. Purchased a groupset with a special request for the cassette ratios. No charge for the change AND they shipped the correct cassette.
Standard shipping from Australia to USA was under a week. Far better than Wiggle.com and ProBikeKit.com (PBK.com).
Pricing for Campagnolo and Shimano groups was competitive with the lowest prices from UK and Germany.
Check reviews for the UK on-line bicycle retailers: Good prices but many have so-so to awful service. I'll be doing more biz with Bike Bug. Two other UK retailers I've had great luck with, and which have excellent reviews, MerlinCycles.com and rosebikes.com
