"The website content is wonderful. So many great products offered. But the design is atrocious. Needs to be modernized tremendously. Take a look at Bens Cycle. They should be your model. Also, they should bring all of their different "websites" under one roof. The division isn't necessary or... smart."
"Website is horrible - no sizing - no congruity between products. Calling gets a yes guy who does not know his products, he just says yes. PAY for shipping, the free shipping is a bad joke - some poorly worked out thing between fedex and the post office. My two orders have passed through my town only to wind up undeliverable in the case of one product - I am 400 miles from bikebagshop and ten days later still do not have any product.
My second order was short shipped - bikebagshop said the main component was mislabled in their inventory so they gave me a credit. One of the problems with that is that the rest of the product will not work without that component. To make matters worse, bikebagshop is not even dealing with it or replying to the problem. The order was so confusing that I even called, and yes man had me hanging up just wondering if this order was close to right.
I applaud their efforts to put up a website and sell stuff. There is more to it than that though. I think these folks spend the morning before their - wait for it - 12:00 opening time - smoking copious amount of the ganja and laughing at their customers.

And the other was by email with my order and he actually read the comments and took care of my request without even having to go back and forth on email. What a surprise. And of course the product (Apidura bags) were great. "

"Bought a few items, most arrived OK - one was backordered. This was not their fault. However, the item was backordered for so long (3mo) that my bank had issued a new credit card, which I attempted to contact them about to update, but I got no response to that request.
Once the item was back in stock, and I didn't get a shipping notification, so I contacted them. Turns out they cancelled my order but didn't bother to tell me. They proceeded to ask me to place ANOTHER order for the item again - at this point, the item was no longer on sale. I ended up calling my local shop and buying at a premium.
Bottom line: This place has great prices, but their customer service is just laughable. I wouldn't order from them again."
"Not only a great selection of bicycle accouterment but even had spare parts! I recently purchased an Ortlieb bag from a local store in my neighborhood and forgot to tighten one of the screws. They had every spare part I could need for this bag, which was awesome.
East ordering, easy shipping (though cheaper faster shipping would always be preferred) and great experience overall. "
"Do not go here if your wanting customer service if a problem arises with your order. They left me hanging so bad and I hope that nobody else makes the same mistake as me and does business with this company trying to save a few bucks off there order. First off I ordered 5 of an item and they only sent me 1 and told me they would refund me the difference but never did. Then I ordered a trailer and it was damaged with fed ex and they made me jump through hoops to try and get a replacement so I ended up requesting to return it...... so then they gave me hell trying to return it. Now my family bike trip is delayed a few more weeks until they process and receive my return and get around to refunding me so I can by the trailer elsewhere. BikeShopHUB has been nothing short of a horrible experience that I wish on no one. Thanks for making this horrible experience possible Matt. Save your time and Money and SHOP ELSEWHERE!"
