Don't order domains at Bigrock.com, they break your rights as domain owner!

I have .ws domain with Bigrock and I can't transfer it to another registrar. Bigrock blocks the transfer. Bigrock hides a whois info about domain administrator and you can't transfer your domain because the new registrar can't send email to a domain administrator contact for a transfer approval. I have raised the ticket to the support but they not improved the whois output! I have sent a lot of messages to Bigrock support during more than half-month and I have no result.

Bigrock.com is under PublicDomainRegistry.com Registrar. Bigrock's price is twice higher against other sellers and Bigrock's support is terrible.

Don't spend money at Bigrock.com!"
