BigUpBattery.com is a scam . No customer service. I ordered a battery foe a electric screwdriver I had for years . the battery is misslibled wrong battery .. Overheated and licked into the charger . and like every body else on this page they wanted to ship back in my case to hong kong at my expense. That way they don't have to do anything. they know nobody in their right mine will pay to ship ,, I google there address FAKE.."

BigUpBattery was not ready to refund me for the non compatible battery that they sent. They want me to ship them the battery at my own expense even though they sent me a defective battery. It took 3 weeks to get here and then the batterys do not work.
If you have a problem with their product you must return it to Russia (although it is shipped from California).
So for $100 product it can cost $300 to ship it back to Russia.
Then when it gets there they cannot find it...
