"BEWARE of "Bigredtoolboxusa" on EBay. I purchased an item from them and it was defective. I messaged them for a refund/a new item which they told me they would be sending me a new item and then never messaged me back! I sent them several messages & had to get Ebay involved they still never responded. Took me over 5 weeks to get my money back!! They are scammers and absolutely terrible sellers. DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM!!!"

"Not usually one to write reviews but felt the need to in this case, having found little information on the company when trying to decide whether or not to order from them.
As another reviewer stated, the item I was looking at was far cheaper on Big Red Toolbox's website than anywhere else and seemed too good to be true. Then I found out I could get cash back on my order via top cash back. That was the deciding factor for me.
Order placed late Sunday night. Item delivered Wednesday morning in line with the information on Big Red's website. A moment of concern on Tuesday morning as I'd heard nothing since receiving the order confirmation email led me to call to check the status of my order. After a brief wait while the helpful person I spoke to checked things his end, everything was in hand and my drill was being packed in their other warehouse leading to an unexpected delay. I personally didn't think there was a delay. I saw it as more than reasonable that my drill was delivered for free on Wednesday, within the stated delivery time scale.
All in all, an excellent experience from Big Red Toolbox. I'll be using them again and recommending them to other, hence the positive review!"

"bought a Ryobi brushcutter from big red toolbox 3 mths ago , delivery etc fine, but on 2nd use the line head broke, I contacted big red, they gave me a number for some other firm, couldn't get in touch with them. so I replaced the head myself,since then various other things have gone wrong,like retaining bolts falling out allowing the engine to twist on the shaft, snapping the control cables, the revs dying out in use because the cable sheath pulls towards the throttle. all in all its a piece of rubbish. when I contacted big red they said its got nothing to do with them because I fixed the head. needless to say I wont be using thi lot again"

"Ordered a Bosch GSB 18 V-LI Professional with 2x 3.0ah batteries, L-box + Inlay + Charger from this seller on the 10th.. arrived on the 12th.

Very good deal as it was on offer and a fantastic drill too. Stockist intially only sent one battery with drill but Big Red Toolbox soon corrected this and the second arrived with me on the 14th.

Overall a very good seller and am surprised nobody else has used or left reviews for the website.

I believe they originally started trading through amazon in which they got 4.8 stars out of 5 throughout over 3000 reviews which is what led me to take a chance with them when they had the best deal available online for this unit.

I've shown my old work colleagues the package and believe at least one of them will be upgrading and making an order aswel however more likely two or all three of them will. I'll also be placing orders for various other bits and pieces along the line myself.
