Sadly, my conical noggin is NOT lo-pro friendly, and so, I returned the hat for a refund, which BHS processed promptly. Cranially speaking, I am much more standard-crown hat compatible, and with that in mind, the Big Hat Store ROCKS! However, Big Hat Store didn't acknowledge my order (although it did debit my credit card), leading me to try to contact it to assure that the order had been properly booked. For a week, I did so by telephone and email to no effect (despite Big Hat Store's stated policy of customer service response.) Additionally, Big Hat Store never emailed me a tracking number (as it claims it does on dispatch) leading me to wonder if it was still in business. I finally contacted the Troy, MI Chamber of Commerce where it is located to try to find out if it was defunct.
