"Avoid conducting business here. The most unprofessional management I have ever dealt with. This guy shipped a gun to my FFL and it arrived soaked. The firearm was packaged poorly and I contacted the business. They agreed to a full refund until they received the firearm I returned. Then they wanted to negotiate how much he thought I deserved in a refund. He refused to do a full refund. He is a scammer and has integrity and ethical issues. I hope one person reading this avoids dealing with the non sense of this company. "

"Being a reasonably new C & R licensee, and having bought only a very few firearms online (not to mention being in California where the laws are more onerous, and complicated than elsewhere), I was not particularly looking forward to the processing of my newest online firearm acquisition (a particularly scarce, and beautifully conditioned) WWII military rifle.

They graciously waived the credit card fee for me (cutting off a week from the transaction as I would otherwise have to mail payment and wait for it to clear), and – the reason that I bought this firearm from them in the first place – they included clear and concise photographs of the firearm in question from a variety of angles, and even did an “exploded view” with individual parts clearly show in vivid close up.
