After going weeks without receiving it or hearing back from them I began trying to contact them. I left countless voicemails, e-mailed every available address on their site and yet no one so much as responded to a single inquiry. Finally, 43 days into the ordeal I filed a PayPal complaint (thank God it was through PayPal). After another 10 days, the seller still had not responded and PayPal granted me my refund. Major hassle, and I have nothing to show for it."
