"I purchased a banner from Big Edge Sports however, but I received the wrong one. I ordered a Washington Huskies banner and I was sent a Washington Cougars banner instead. I sent not one, not two not three but seven emails requesting a Return Authorization number and received no response. I called their 1-800 # and of course thier mail box is full.

Big Edge Sports claims "We want your transaction with us to be a Great Experience, we want you to be 100% Satisfied".

This company is bad for business!
