No customer service. At all.

"Ordered from bicyclinghub.com, within minuted their security certification lapsed, designating the site not safe. Shoulda known then- if folks aren't paying enough attention to know when their certification is up for renewal, they won't care about YOUR order!

So, we emailed owner Doug Duguay to ask about the safety of our transaction. No reply. Tried calling- full voicemail. Starting to look pretty sketchy.

Concerned, we called the credit card company to stop payment after emailing bicyclinghub.com to cancel the order (it had not shipped yet). The cradit card company tried calling. This time, the phone didn't even ring, and the Better Business Bureau listed the business as closed!

Lo and behold, suddenly the order ships! We found the item for vastly less money elsewhere, so when it arrived, we refuses delivery and it was sent back.

At this time, I sent another email notifying bicyclinghub.com the we had refused delivery. No surprise, we received no response.

The day the parcel was physically returned, we received our very first reply from bicyclinghub.com.

"Sorry, what happened? Delivery was a little late but not that much."

Late delivery not being the issue, rather the absolute absence of customer service, I replied to that effect and stipulated Doug Duguay was not to contact me again.

No effort was made to communicate until his bottom line was directly effected. Yet brazenly displayed on the home page of their website, they declare themselves "the BEST in customer service".

Avoid this fly by night operation at all costs. Their nonexistent customer service and wildly inflates prices are beyond the pale of bad business.
