AFTER I placed my order for them and about $200 worth of other stuff I read their reviews. I don't understand how they got any bad reviews. No, I didn't get a E-mail confirmation but I saved alot of money on shipping and tax plus their already great prices so I can live without a confirmation. They even called to confirm my address and make sure it wasn't a fraudulent order. I got my stuff through the good ol USPS in business 3 days and couldn't be happier.I've put them on my favorites bar and will continue ordering from them for as long as I ride. "I ordered a jersey from these guys. After a 4 days or so I had received no info so I emailed them. They responded that the order "was in the warehouse waiting for allocation."

So i waited about another week and nothing. I emailed again canceling my order and requesting a refund. I was told the order was canceled and I would receive a refund in about 2-4 business days. It took two weeks....."

"When I called the store for advice re: a bicycle computer, the salesman(Vinny)was friendly and very helpful - answered my questions, provided a quote for shipping to Canada etc. The CatEye Urban Wireless arrived a few days later,in perfect condition. Not only am I delighted with my purchase,it surpassed my expectations."

"Not the best experience with Bicylebuys.com. BEWARE if you order anything you are not 100% sure will work out for you. If you end up returning anything you'll be taking a 15% hit on your purchase. Not only do they make you pay absurd shipping fees to get your product, but you then have to pay to ship the item back and then they charge an additional 15% "restocking fee". The $120 shoes I purchased didn't work out. In total I paid over $22.00 in shipping and another $17.50 for the bogus restocking fee.

"I tried Bicycle Buys once but never again. I needed a rack for a trip I was going to take and was assured it would arrive within 7 days. I told them I was going to buy a plane ticket based upon their assurance and they said no problem. A week later they were still making promises they couldn't keep. (When I asked what would happen if it doesn't arrive before my departure date they said it was irrelevant, that it would arrive on time) It finally arrived a week late and I had to sit in a motel in Florida waiting for it while they accepted no responsibility for the extra shipping costs involved."

"GREAT SERVICE!!! I would definitely shop here again. I ordered a Cycleops Fluid 2 Trainer, which had a SUPER price of only $279.99, which was $50 cheaper than any other site I found. However, a few days after the order had been placed, I was told by a Bicycle Buys supervisor, they were out of the Fluid 2 Trainer, but were shipping me a Cycleops Jet Fluid Pro Trainer at the same price I had already paid!!! This trainer cost at least $70 more than the one I paid for and is a much better trainer. On top of this, I received the order within 3 days. 5 STARS!!!!"

"Horrible service. Ordered 4 items on Sunday Aug 22nd, rec'd email confirmation of order - free shipping via USPS. Following Friday, I called asking where it was. Said it would ship that day. Did not ship til following Tuesday (Mod was a holiday). Issue here is that most vendors will either indicate a back order, or confirm when it will ship. They do neither.

Rec'd the order, they shipped the wrong tire size. Sent it back - they logged it in on Friday the 17th. Said this Monday it would ship Monday or Tuesday. Has not shipped yet.

"This is by far the WORST customer service I have ever experienced with any online retailer! I ordered a bicycle trainer through BicycleBuys.com because they had a good price. I received an email the following day with the tracking number from UPS. Six days later, UPS was still showing that only shipping information was received and not a physical package. I contacted BicycleBuys.com and they said that the package was lost and that we just had to wait and see if the package magically appeared. I asked if they could just ship me another unit and they deal with tracking down the first "shipped" package. Surprisingly, they said they couldn't because it was too expensive for them. After asking what was the next course of action, all I got was the "Let's wait and see what happened to first package". I called them back to cancel the order was was arrogantly told that they weren't going to issue any refund until they found out what happened to the first package. I then called my credit card company and had a stop payment placed on that charge. The arrogance and lack of skills in dealing with customers was unbelievable! How these guys are in business,... I have NO idea. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS JOKE OF A COMPANY!!!"

"I thought I found a great deal on some cycling shorts and jersey from BicycleBuys.com. A couple days after I placed my order, I get a call from American Express to tell me a suspicious charge was attempted for $565 to Caribbean Airlines. I have no proof that BicycleBuys.com was behind this transaction but it's interesting it occurred on the same day I placed the order with BicycleBuys.com, especially since I rarely use this card. A week later, my order is finally
shipped out. I was supposed to get free shipping but I had a note from the post office saying the weight listed was incorrect and I would have
to pay $8 when I picked it up from the post office. They did offer to reimburse me for the shipping cost if I sent a copy of the receipt but there's no way I'm giving them my new credit card number. I'll never order from this place again."

"I have not received my order, yet. I have no reason to believe that my order will not be in good order. What prompted me to write this review is that before ordering from this company I came to reseller ratings to check out their score. I ordered from them based on that score.
I have learned two things from this company that will make future purchases dubious.
The first is that there is no way via their website to track the status of my order. In this day and age, I demand that service from any online vendor I do business with. Unfortunately, I didn't think to check before I ordered and did not find out until too late.
Second problem, just as big if you ask me, is that I paid for UPS Ground service, but I just receive a notice telling me that my shipment via the US Postal Service was on its way. I don't order from businesses that do not give me the option to avoid the US Postal Service. BicyleBuys told me they would ship via UPS Ground (it's on my order receipt), and then they shipped via US Mail.
In short, they may be ok, but they are not the stellar rating reflected here. There is a 99% chance I will never order from them again. If I do, it will only be because they have a product I can not find anywhere else."
