After doing a search I found them online. BicycleBuys.com had the best deal that I could find online, but I was still on the fence because I already have several bikes in my collection. I E-mailed the customer service, Marc Teichmann, assisted me. Marc was very responsive to all my questions and kept me updated with my order progress. The bike shipped out the next day after the order. The bike was shipped out via FedEx, and I received the bike in California in about 5 days. I just want to thank Marc and BicycleBuys.com for my bike and the great experience. "

"I've bought various things from Bicycle Buys in recent years and have always received exactly what I expected and in a timely fashion. In the few instances I've ordered something that was out of stock, they reached out promptly and apologetically to let me know, even going so far as to suggest alternatives that might work for me. From my experience with them, it seems they're a smaller shop and sometimes run into challenges that comes from doing e-commerce selling, on top of having a brick-and-mortar presence.
That said, I wouldn't recommend ordering from their website for awhile, seeing that it and their sale emails both throw off malware warnings from Malwarebytes, so they may have been compromised by malware that could put you at risk of a malware breach. I personally take that seriously because Malwarebytes is a highly respected cybersecurity entity and their warnings have always proved to be very accurate."

"I ordered 2 Origin8 Supercell 26x4.0 Wire Bead Tires on the 12th and today the 18th they were on my front porch. I researched other places for the Supercells and were sold out. Reading all the negatives made me nervous but they came through in 7 days. I would order again so they are good to go. The price was reasonable compared to other places. "
"I saw all the bad reviews AFTER I ordered a C'dale hub. I didn't see that it was a back order and their customer service department called to confirm. I asked them to cancel the order and ten minutes later money was back on my card. I highly recommend and will order from them again."
"Read the poor reviews before using this company. Attempted to do business before I checked for myself. After speaking with a person from the company, Mark, I decided this was not a trustworthy operation. Working as an investigator within a law enforcement organization I was taken back when they wanted another credit card after my bank had already authorized and provided payment to them a day before. I had previously spoken with Mark and asked him to call me back if he had any issues with my credit card. After not hearing back 24 hours and confirming my bank authorized the transaction and had no issues with payment I called back.
Bicycle Buys again requested another credit card for payment with Mark placing the blame on pay pal. I do not use pay pal due to the amount of fraudulent scams out there. I paid Bicycle Buys directly from their own website. After a 10 minute debate with Mark I decided to end my experience with this company and make my issue public so you can choose to use this unreliable company. Mark, read the reviews, Bicycle Buys shady practices speak for themselves. Don't blame the customers or others, take responsibility and do better. There are many reputable online cycling companies, no need to deal with a company or people you can't trust."
"After scouring the web I found Bicycle Buys had the cheapest price on a pair of Kenda 20x3.00 tires. Seems this particular size is hard to find in a road tire. Anyway, they had the best price, and since I added a tool, I was over the price needed and got free shipping. Got the tires in a few days. Installed them today and I'm very happy with the new tires. I'd buy from them again."
