"My order was mishandled in that I received an e-mail to let me know that they did not have the number of skeins in stock that I had requested. I could e-mail them with alternate instructions by a certain date or they would ship what they had. I e-mailed promptly back saying to hold the order until they could fulfill with all the same dye lot. They shipped anyway. I e-mailed asking what had happened. No response I called their toll number and after much explaining and uncertainty by the customer service rep, I was told that UPS would bring a call tag to pick up the yarn they sent and they would then replace it with a full order of the same dye lot. I waited all day - no UPS. I called again, asked for a supervisor who after much back and forth told me that UPS would bring a call tag - basically sometime - I explained that I could not sit at home everyday waiting for UPS and finally gave up exasperated and requested a refund for the yarn I had not received. The experience as aggravating and the employees were absolutely incompetent. I will NEVER order from this store again. "
