"I purchase 3 floopy drives via their website. I received email confirmation of order. After two week without receiving shipment, I called for status. The guy on the phone (who barely spoke english) was very rude and arrogant. I only asked for a tracking number and he said he only deals with intelligent people and got loud and belligerent. The order had not shipped. .... Do not use this company."

"This web site provides no tracking information for shipment. They have no telephone number posted on the web site. When I asked them where is my package via email, it takes them a week to get back to me.
As of now, it's been almost a month.
I received no merchandise from them.
They say they refunded me March 3rd.
I don't see any refund on my credit card.
So I asked them again, they say my credit card
expired, that is a lie, my credit card has not expired yet. They charge me the next day but
they don't refund me.
I think they are FRAUD.
Buyer beware.
