"I ordered our Disney World tickets and there were 2 options - either e-tickets or mailed tickets. I picked the e-tickets only to find out they are not true e-tickets. Instead, they are will call tickets. I emailed to ask them to be mailed and got no response. I called and the woman said no and when I complained it was misleading, she hung up on me! "
