"After getting a braided wig that looked like it was at least a month grown out (If I could insert pics, I would here) I had to fight thru emailS (MULTIPLE, MULTIPLE) for over 2 months for them to NOT EVEN give me half of my money back...It was THE (MOST) WORST return and "money back gtd" I've EVER experienced in my 50 years of life and I shop online weekly!
The braider was lazy obviously or unqualified and quality control where? I braid myself but wanted to pay someone else to do it or my 12 year old niece coulda done better...
The 1st response to my pictures to them were you can fix it or just have someone fix it"

I REPORTED THEM TO THE AUTHORITIES."

"On 9/16/18 I ordered a unit from besthairbuy.com but at 8:17 pm and then decided to cancel the purchase at 8:22pm. On their website, they said that if you canceled your order within 24hours by contacting them then you only had to pay a 5% transaction fee, which is fair. These people didn't get back to me until the next day claiming they already sent out the order. Mind you I didn't get a shipping confirmation they said it would come after.... So, therefore, they couldn't cancel the order. To their benefit, the package did come quite fast, yet I wasn't satisfied with the product. I looked cheap and nothing like the image on the site. I requested a return, which you must do within 7 days. I sent out an email the day I got it. they didn't get back to me until 3days later. I had already sent them 3 emails following up about the return. When they finally got back to me they said that it's better for me to get a refund because it's going to cost a lot for return shipping. I didn't mind this because PayPal will reimburse return shipping up to $30. I refused to provide me with a return address and then said we are going to have to charge you a restocking fee if you return it and suggested that I exchange it for another product. I didn't want the item in the first place and they purposefully sent out the item in hope that if they gave me hard time I would keep it or want something else and they still retain the $89 that I paid for this low quaily product.

"I had read the reviews and decided to buy this wig. This wig is a little thin but in my opinion that makes it look more natural. I received it very fast, like within two days because they sent from Atlanta. Curled it the first night and the curls took really good. In the morning i had to re-curl the hair and the curls didn't last at all. Still I love the hair, very natural looking and is frizzy...again, that makes it look natural. I went and brought some holding spray and will try it in the morning. When parted, the part and the front of the wig looks real. I'll probably write an update in a month. Most hair that I purchased usually bunches up in the back or doesn't stay nice after I shampoo it so I'll give an update after I've had it for a month. Overall I like this wig because it looks natural."
"I received my first order of hair from them and am very unsatisfied with the purchase. The hair is all different lengths but no longer than 20" and I purchased 22" BodyWave #2 Dark Brown Microloop. The hair breaks easily, falls out of the loop and bead, has glue down the hair and it extremely thin for 140g per piece purchase. As I stated, I ordered a #2 Dark Brown and what I got was a #4/5 Medium Reddish Chocolate brown, YUCK!

"I ordered 3 different hair pieces from this company all light blonde. I got 1 light Blonde but a clip is broken so I can't wear that piece, I got 1 red package and 1 brown package. I've been going back and forth with emails every night for 2 weeks now. I keep sending them pictures of what I received, pictures of what they have listed online, my receipt, etc. and they will do nothing about it. I spent $200 for nothing I have to throw these hair pieces in the garbage. Horrible company. Do not order from them. "

The 360 was slightly a different shade, a little lighter than bundles. I love this hair. Will definitely purchase again.
