Another warranty issue - AVOID!

Purchased though one of their eBay entities (your-laptop-solutions), the item was listed as having a 1 year warranty, contacted them via the eBay order when it failed (so they have proof of purchase and ship date) but they refused warranty unless I could provide the original shipping label - who asked for that!

"Ordered through their ebay business, which goes under CBK USA. Strange they have two names but given their lack of customer service, is not a surprise.

Total fraudsters. Listed on eBay as fast and free delivery by a certain date and all e-mails list that as delivery date.

They miss that by 4 days and refuse to do anything to make it right at all, instead being aggressive. I've opened an investigation with eBay but encourage everyone to avoid doing business with CBK.

They do not honor promised delivery dates, they do not have any customer service skills. Not worth it at all."
