"Ordered some vitamins from this "company" recently and never did get the shipment. Sent 4 email messages and phoned and spoke to Jack 3 times. Each time he assured me that the shipment would go out that day and he would send a confirmation email. Still after 2 weeks have nothing from him. I think this is a very small perhaps 1 or 2 man operation since each time I called he was the one answering the phone. I finally gave up and disputed the charge with my credit card company. Probably the most useless online company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Try Swanson or Iherb or even Puritans Pride over these clowns. I'd give a zero star if it let me."

I take a lot of supplements and being on a budget I gave them a try once and have been hooked ever since. "I purchased 2 Omega 3 bottles, 2 Vitamin C bottles, and Coconut Oil for a friend's birthday on 10/16/17. My friend advised me after she received it that both the Omega 3 and the Vitamin C were opened/not sealed. No one should take new supplements that are opened or not sealed! I called Bestvite who said they would ship out replacements that day. As if it was not embarrassing enough to send a friend gifts that were opened and unsafe to use, almost 2 months passed and replacements were never sent. I called Bestvite, again and again, they said they would ship it and call me if there were any problems. On a positive note, they were shipped quickly and the Coconut oil was fine. I had ordered from them in the past without problems.
As of today 2/10/18, they were never replaced or refunded. I am purchasing them again at my own cost elsewhere."

"Have ordered from them in the past with no problems. Ordered again on 1/11/2018 and on 1/26/2018 their tracking says that USPS is still waiting for the package. Called customer service and they said they had to talk to Jack and would call me back, never called me back. Sent a message on the Facebook page and they said they would contact customer service and contact me back- did not. Filled out their email form and no response either. Spent almost 40 dollars and have heard nothing!"

"I bought a 6-month supply of BestVite Gymnema Sylvestre on 4-6-14 at a cost of almost $60. When re-ordering, I noticed that the expiration date was May 2014, less than a month after I purchased. I had been taking an expired product for over 5 months. Bestvite's explanation was that the manufacturer must have stamped the wrong date on the bottle. They offered a much cheaper replacement product and, 3 weeks later, I still haven't received it. I rate them a 0."
