"I came across this website while looking for UGG boots on discount. The website looked nice, the return policy seemed fair and I even chatted with a support agent and was re-confirmed that all merchandise is authentic and that return for full refund is possible fourteen days after the merchandise is received. I was even mentioned that the company is located in California. It seemed safe and like a good deal so I took the risk and bought my niece the pair of boots she wanted.

When the boots arrived they came inside a bag, no receipt and no return ticket. The address on the shipping box was in Chinese. Ignoring this minor detail, my niece tried on her boots and it ends up they did not fit her. As I examined the boots closer they did not look like my original pair of boots... I tried calling the number on the website to return the boots ***-***-****) and received a busy dial tone. I decided to email the company to let them know the boots did not fit and I wished to return them.

The next day after writing I got a response and was asked (by the company) to give the boots to someone else and buy a new pair at a bigger discount they would give me???? They seemed to have misread my email when I said I wanted the return address to return the boots and get my money. That same day I went to Nordstrom to look at how their boots look and it ends up that the ones I received are FAKE. They are not 100% authentic as the website claims - giving me reason to believe that is one of the reasons why they don't want me to return the boots, I just overpaid for a pair of fake Ugg Boots. (Second reason they will not send me the return address is because they are not located in California).

To make a long story short: A week after I received the boots I am still trying to call with no luck and still emailing to see if can get an address to return the boots and get my money back.

Please please please, I beg of you DO NOT buy from this website, no matter how attractive the site and price look. It is a SCAM. The boots are FAKE and they will NOT refund your money. It happened to me but I do not wish for it to happen to anyone else."
