"I ordered a Brother toner cartridge from this company as shown on the Nextag & Google web pages for this company. On these web pages it said "Manufacturer: Brother" but when I received my order it was some other off-brand cartridge. When I called the company to resolve this they said I could return it with a 25% restock charge! Even though they didn't send me what I had ordered. The "manager" sounded like this was the first manager position he'd ever had. I don't recommend doing business with this company."
