but it was delivered to me without any warranty and defective. All attempts to solve the matter by e-mail resulted in nothing. Now they do not even reply to my e-mail.

"I purchased one of the new, VERY hard to get Acer TM8104 laptops from them. They insisted on calling the main warehouse to verify "in-stock" and actually CALLED ME BACK several times to confirm their findings. The Customer Rep was VERY polite and also insisted they would not charge my credit card until the item shipped, and I did not have to "backorder" if the product turned out not to be really available. I think Best Selections is a "re-distributor", somewhat at the mercy of central warehousing, but I was highly satisfied with the courteous service and the results. Received my beautiful and scarce laptop in 2 business days from purchase, as promised."
