"I ordered products from BestQualitySafety.com on 2/1/2008.
After 2 weeks I contacted to company to check the status of my order. The customer service guy told me that it is on back order and will be shipped in 1 week. After 4 weeks I sent email to check the status of my order again and received replay that item will be shipped on 3/27/08 and they will contact me for credit card information to re authorize my card due to they only can hold an authorization for 30 days which expired on 3/1/08. On 3/31/08 the person from BestQualitySafety.com called at my home and told that my order will be shipped today and I will have it in 3-4 business days. He asked to give him my credit card number and expiration date only to re authorize my card. After 3 days I checked my credit card activity online and found three unauthorized charges for total amount of 3,000 dollars. I closed my credit card and informed my credit card company about fraud activity.
On April 4 I cancelled my order from BestQualitySafety.com. My order was not shipped as promised.
I will never buy from BestQualitySafety.com again.
