"Purchased GPS unit listed as "in stock", six days later recieve email stating product on back-order. Resonded to email immediately requesting order to be cancelled. Also, attempted to contact via telephone, but auto attendant stated there was a 20 minute wait to talk to a rep. Six days later item arrives, even though I cancelled it. Shipment label shows it left their warehouse 4 days after I cancelled. I called for instructions on return and have recieved busy signals. Fustrated, I decided to keep the GPS unit. IT'S BROKEN, the unit does not power up correctly, it blinks a dark screen and that's it. Maybe I've had really bad luck with this company, but I'm willing to guess it's just a shady operation."
"Not likely to purchase from again. Web site stated item in stock. Customer service very hard to get a hold of. E-mails not responded to. When finally got in touch for order status I was told item was out of stock yet web site still showed in stock. No upgrade or alternative offers suggested, just an apology that items wouldn't arrive before Christmas. Had to switch gears and order elsewhere. Lucky for me got a better deal and in time guarantee for Christmas. Cancelled order through their e-mail process. If they answer that one like the rest, I expect to see the product show up in January! Guess what. It shipped the next day after cancelling. Had to refuse and return item creating more confusion. Eventually all money was credited but not easily."
"I will definitely not use this store again. Promised to refund shipping after I recieved the unit and did not. I have attemped 3 times to contact them by email and once regretfully by their 800 number. I finally gave up and left a voice message, which no one called me back either. Their run around phone system will really iratate you. They also offered a rebate on the GPS I bought. I really don't look for them to make good on it and if they don't I will post again after I should have recieved the reabate.
I do have a screen shot of the ad where they say they will contact you and refund your shipping. I knew it was too good to be true.
