"He never shipped our $125 item. He didn't respond to emails, never returned phone calls, so I disputed through Paypal. Then he responded and said his father died and handle to handle estate. He offered to ship, but I had lost trust and had already purchased the part I desperately needed, so told him to refund. He didn't. Emailed twice more and then escalated claim which Paypal refunded in my favor. I suspect he was hoping to drag it out until it was past Paypal time for refund. Absolutely a rip-off."
"I had ordered a part on February 18, 2020 and am still waiting for this part!! I have tried to email and it comes back undelivered. Also I have tried to call several times and it goes to voicemail never get a live person to answer and it does not answer with the business name. I have turned this into the Better Business Bureau and they could not get a response from them. I would just like to have my part or my money refunded. This is poor business!! "Buyer Beware! Ordered parts for Hay Rake, little slow to receive parts only to have received the wrong ones. Notified company via email, calling the phone number only lands you in a black hole. Received an email response letting me know they would send out the correct parts. Time went by and never received the parts and to top it off all my inquiry emails were not being answered anymore. Had to register a complaint with the Better Business Bureau to obtain a refund. Nice gesture this company spokesperson refunded my money and as if to add insult to injury told me they would send the correct parts. Time has passed and gone still no parts, doubt I ever will see them. My experience with this company is they can talk the talk, but CANNOT walk the walk. If you receive the wrong product good luck on getting what you actually ordered and will hopefully have an easier time getting a refund. Best bet is to shop elsewhere."
