"I purchased a Best Data Modem (Model 56FW-92D) for my new computer. The modem came with software for fax capability, but I received an error when trying to load the PIC Fax printer driver (so that I can fax windows documents). I place two requests for technical support; as suggested by their website - BUT NEVER GOT ANY KIND OF A RESPONSE. Ultimately, I ended up contacting the actual software manufacturer (Pacific Image Communications). Pacific Image Communications did take care of my problem - BUT I AM EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED BY BEST DATA. I believe they own Diamond Multimedia (graphics cards?). At this point, I don't believe that I would ever buy their products again - because of their extremely poor service."
