"Horrible company!!! Luckily I used PayPal to pay for the items I purchased online because I was able to make a dispute claim and PayPal gave me back my money.
This company didn't ship my order correctly and when I asked for them to ship my product they wanted another shipping charge from me before they would re-send the items. I told them that they made the mistake in shipping but they tried to make me pay more shipping/handling costs. Waited weeks for a resolution and never once received a letter of apology or any feedback from the BestByte company."
"I placed an order on the 3rd of January. After receiving an automated email saying the order was accepted and that another email would be on the way to confirm shipment, I waited. My credit card was charge almost immediately. A week had past with no confirmation. After multiple emails and form submissions over the next few days, I had no response. I ended up calling, being put on hold for awhile while they "found" my invoice, and then being told it had shipped last week. After being "mocked" as I said thank you, they then sent me the invoice (finally) via email and it showed that the shipment was not received by the postal service until the 8th.
Needless to say, I will not be doing business with BestByte again. I consider myself to do quite a bit of shopping online (including frequently through Ebay) and this is the first time I felt like I was treated like garbage. Thanks BestByte. Never again."
"I registered an account with bestbyte.net and purchased a CPU cooler from them. My bank account was charged immediately. About a week later my payment was refunded. I had never received a single email or phone call from them confirming my account registration, confirming my purchase nor an explanation for the refund. I had sent customer service an email politely explaining all of this and never received a response, it has now been another week. What a waste of time as I am trying to get my computer up and running. I should have just went with a reliable company such as Newegg and not have wasted 2 weeks on absolutely nothing and zero responses from customer service. I would believe that if someone is willing to charge your bank account they should be willing to at least send one email either confirming a purchase or explaining why I was refunded a week later. Never would I do business with this company again, if you could even consider my experience as "doing business". BUYERS BEWARE"

"Competitive prices but make sure you buy the right thing because they have a "once open cannot return" policy. Worst customer service i have ever encountered! The manager is an absolute joke that knows nothing about how to run a business. He treats customers like crap. What a joke. I purchased almost $1000 worth of computer components and they sold me a case fan instead of a cpu fan and i tried to return it a couple of days later and they refused to return the $14 fan because it was open. I got into an argument with Jim the service guy because he wouldn't return it. So i called at a later date and spoke with the manager. He blamed me for buying the wrong fan and said now he’s out $14 because he cant sell the fan i returned. (who says that) Then he says i can see why Jim had problems with me because im hard to understand...what?? i asked for a cpu fan and you sold me a case fan!!! NEVER EVER will return. Buyer beware!! "
"I have been buying from BestByte for at least 7 years. They have always had affordable prices and offer dirt cheap, first class shipping, unlike most other on-line stores. My last order was just for a molex y-cable, where the shipping at a store like Newegg would have been more expensive than my entire order.

"I have ordered from Best Byte three times from in the last month. Every order they shipped out the same day. Their shipping price is very reasonable and doesn't go up much if you order multiple items. I priced a number of hard to find items and they always came out ahead after shipping was factored in.
Here are a couple suggestions for Best Byte to make their site better. The search on the site doesn't find all items. There were a couple items I only found by browsing categories. Same items would not come up in search. Receipt - my email receipts I got for my orders only lists the final amount. It would be nice to have details in the email receipt as I usually keep these emails for records. Other than that the site was outstanding. I highly recommend."
